  There is no return policy in this online store. It's difficult to deal with the after sale service. No email replied，no phone call answered or no text message responsed.

  The fact that Michael Kozlowski and his employees (Peter and Adrian) are the only positive conflict of interest reviews on here (please report those to Google, I might add) shows how shady and untrustworthy this company is. It took 4 emails to get an order cancelled and they charged me a “re-stocking” fee even as they never even shipped an item. Very unprofessional. Too bad a Vancouver organization operates with no professionalism. Avoid!

  Avoid this business at all costs. As others have indicated there is no support whatsoever before a sale, no way to get a proper response, and the Google reviews have conflict of interest due to employees posting 5-star reviews.

  After waiting 7 weeks for the arrival of my Hisense A5 Pro CC, it came in the wrong color. Absolutely no responsibility was taken. Google Play Services cannot be loaded onto it. GoodEreader's false promise that it could almost cost me my job. Furthermore, the one I bought from them does not receive SMS texts or send texts of any kind like the one from CECT-Shop did.

  I can only advise against ordering from this shop. I bought a product that supposedly is in stock. I have been waiting for the shipment for 12 days. It is still not possible to give a shipping date.
