  We contacted Batemans Bay and Moruya Funerals when organising my father's funeral in February. The funeral was held in Queanbeyan but because we have used BB and Moruya funerals for most of our family the director helped us by getting in touch with Tobin's funerals in Queanbeyan to have the actual funeral then Dad's was sent down to Batemans Bay after the funeral to be cremated.
  We spent a week sending photos and music and communicating with the funeral director of BB and Moruya funerals and also the director of Tobin's to get the final photo memorial/ power point right and we were assured everything was fine and we were good to go.
  On the day the 66 photos we had sent through to them did not work on the slideshow they created resulting in about 10 photos to replay over and over and the music didn't start for about 5 minutes.
  My mother was so upset as was the rest of us, when confronted both BB and Moruya Funeral and Tobins denied any responsibility whatsoever. And to make things worse the presentation they gave us back on a usb actually had all 66 photo's on it.
  When we got in touch with BB and Moruya funeral's to settle the final account we asked that they lower the cost keeping in mind the massive stuff up on the day of Dad's funeral and they offered a slap in the face of $350.00 of an $8000.00 funeral.
  My Dad's funeral will forever be tainted with this memory and nothing can be done to fix it, we didn't even get a proper apology, they just apologised that we were not happy, not that they had made a mistake.
