- Bradford Smith Added May 05, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BUYER BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE!!!! I had the worst customer service experience ever in this shop. The owner was very friendly and talked nonstop, she realized I was a tourist just passing through town. She told me a jacket I liked on a Sale rack cost $39.99. She took my credit card, while talking the whole time, and charged me $129.00–I did not notice that she charged me the full price of the item instead of the Sale price until a few days later when I saw the charge on my credit card. I was hundreds of kilometers away by that time but I called her 7 times to try to straighten out the overcharge, leaving 7 messages requesting that she return my call and help straighten out the problem. She finally picked up the phone, and was verbally abusive and refused to accept any mistake on her part. Based on her aggressive behavior after that phone call, I believe she intentionally defrauded me with her talking to distract me while she charged my credit card. I refuted the charge with my credit card company but they could not help me because the owner has a NO REFUND POLICY, no matter that she misled me about the price. So make sure you are charged the correct price at this store.
